Prices include:
- Electricity, water, gas, Wi-Fi, heating, and air conditioning.
- Linens (sheets and towels), weekly cleaning (for stays longer than 7 days) and final cleaning.
- Cribs and high chairs are available upon request, free of charge.
- The swimming pool (May-September), bicycles, table tennis, and large furnished garden are available for guests' free use.
Extras not included:
- Daily cleaning upon request: €15.00 per hour.
- Washing machine: €10.00 per use.
- Pets (by prior arrangement only, in some apartments): €20.00/day.
- Pool towels for rent: €5.00 each.
- Electric car charging.
- Tourist tax.
How to make a Reservation
Reservations must be confirmed in writing by email.
A deposit will be required upon booking by bank transfer or credit card.
Upon receipt of the deposit, Agriturismo Villa Selvatico will send a final booking confirmation by email.
The balance is due upon arrival and can be paid in cash, by debit card, or by credit card.
Reservations made through our website will be confirmed immediately if the deposit is paid by credit card.
N.B. The minimum stay at our property is 2 nights. During certain seasons or for special offers, a longer minimum stay may be required.
