Prices include:
- Electricity, water, gas, wifi, heating, air conditioning, house linen, weekly and final cleaning, swimming pool (May to September), use of bicycles.
- Cots and highchairs are available upon request free of charge.
- Swimming pool, bicycles, table tennis and gardens may be used freely by all guests.
Extras not included:
- Daily cleaning on request: € 12,00 per hour
- Washing machine: € 10,00 each.
- Extra person sleeping in sofabed: € 10,00 per day
- Pets allowed (in some of the apartment and on prior arrangement only): € 10,00 per day.
- Pool towels: € 5,00 each.
- Other services not included among those described above.
The prices are indicative and related to the standard occupation of the apartments. They may vary according to the conditions of sale, so please always ask for a quote for specific dates.

How to make a Reservation:
It is possible to request an option for a few days, without commitment, on the apartment.
Bookings must be confirmed by writing an email or a fax. Upon booking, you will be asked to pay a deposit by bank transfer or credit card.
Upon receipt of the deposit, Villa Selvatico will send by email a final confirmation of the booking.
The balance is required upon arrival and can be paid in cash, by debit or credit card. For those wishing to pay the balance by bank transfer, they must do so at least one week before check-in.
Long-term business stays are possible at special rates. For more information you must contact us by phone or email, specifying the characteristics of the planned stay.
